New to Brightlingsea Regatta for 2022 will be the Paddle Board & Kayak Fun Race in aid of St Helena Hospice. Starting from the beach in front of Brightlingsea Sailing Club at 3pm on Sunday 17 July, competitors will paddle around a short course taking them along the Promenade and back to finish on the Sailing Club finish line. As well as paying their entry fee, race participants are also encouraged to raise sponsorship for St Helena and to encourage people to donate to this most vital service which is entirely dependent on our voluntary contributions.
