  • Minimum age for entry is 15 on the day of the event. Any junior runner MUST be a member of an Affiliated Club which has a safeguarding policy and that has a Club Officer holding a current Athletics DBS Certificate present at the race.

  • For safety reasons no headphones / ear buds / bone-conductors - any use will lead to disqualification
