The Great Barrow Challenge - Hosted by Zig Zag Running

Now into its 10th year - Come and join us at our exclusive venue at Suffolk Running Centre, Church Road, Bury St Edmunds, IP29 5AX

Its 10 days of opportunity to challenge yourself!

Whether it be 5k, 10k, Half Marathon, Full Marathon or Ultra Marathon.

It's a seven-hour cut off, (if you start at 9am, and 5hour event if you start at 11am).

Your race, your pace, your distance!

Over the 10 days there will be different routes: *

Day 1 - Windmill Way - half route
Day 2 - Clover - full route (Half Marathon - Half Clover)
Day 3 - Gallops - full route (Half Marathon turn around point)
Day 4 - Dalham Kiln - half route
Day 5 - Denham Flats - 10km out and back
Day 6 - Golding Hills - 10km out and back
Day 7 - Chevington Chase - half route
Day 8 - Clover - half route
Day 9 - Kirtling - full marathon, Windmill - half marathon
Day 10 - Back Quack -10km loop

Each day will have a 5k & 10k turn around point.

Parking is also included in your entry price.

The Race HQ/Base Camp is located at the start and Lap point and at the base camp we will have our water/aid station.

Upon entry you will receive an email confirmation from your entry portal and Zig Zag Running. This will also contain the link to the race briefing information pack.

We have designed Bespoke medals for the event, which you will receive at the end of the race each day and a T-shirt on completion of all 10 days.

Please note the event has gone cupless - so please bring your own bottles or cups for refilling.

PAYMENT PLAN OPTION AVAILABLE:
There is an option to pay £100 non-refundable deposit. On receipt of your entry - we will contact you for further information associated to the race.

Full and Final payment will be required a week before the race.
