Consett Canicross returns to Chopwell Woods for the 4th year, and another opportunity to run 5k or 10k of stunning trails.
Open to participants of all abilities - our way marked, hilly and occasionally technical routes mean that you really earn your stunning medal whatever distance you choose!
Both Races Starts at 9am (seeded start based on your estimated finish time)

Entrants must be over 16 (human)
Dogs must be over 1 year (or 18 months for large breeds) to participate in Canicross Races.
You must have 3rd Party Insurance in place for your dog(s)
Dogs must be under the control of an adult at all times (16+)
Participants are permitted to run with a maximum of 2 dogs
By registering you confirm that you and your dog are physically fit to participate
You also confirm that you have read and agree to our Code of Practice and Pre Event Declaration by continuing to register (these can be viewed at fit2thecore.uk/canicross)
Canicross courses include potential tripping hazards and technical running surfaces, therefore appropriate clothing/footwear must be worn
All dogs must be wearing a suitable running harness attached to a bungee line and waist belt in order to participate
