During unprecedented times Phoenix Virtual Running are doing our bit to keep you running by launching a series of your favourites as VIRTUAL runs. Medals never before available as virtuals! This might indeed be the only time in history you can get medals this size as a virtual.

We'll suggest a date and time for each run, the idea being that folks go out individually (but virtually together) and then meet back in our chat groups to eat virtual cake and virtual Freddos.

You can, of course, complete these runs at any time you like.

We've always done our virtual runs using the trust model. Once you enter we'll send your medal straight away so its there for you at your virtual finish line. When you complete your run simply post your results straight into the Phoenix Virtual Running chat group.
