5k & 10k starts at 9am
All other distances will start from 10.15am

Here are the Numbers (Based on lane 1)

5k = 12.5 Laps
10k = 25 Laps
1/2 Marathon = 52.75 Laps
Full Marathon = 105.5 Laps
50k Ultra = 125 Laps
6 hour challenge = unlimited

Registration:
You will need to be at the venue around 30-45minutes before your start time which will give you enough time to collect your race number, receive the relevant race briefing and get ready to run. Please note the venue does not open until 8am, so do not arrive early.

Race Etiquette
All runners will be running at different speeds so overtaking will be on the right, if you are looking to walk some of the distance, or Jeff for example, we would ask that you take to the outer lanes, its important that everyone enjoys the event and as we would expect everyone to respect each other accordingly.

Distance
The distance you run by your watch may vary due to the lap that you run in, we will only be counting the laps and that will dictate the distance covered, therefore if you choose to take the furthest lane out, the distance counted will still be by laps x 400m.

Transfer Policy

With immediate effect our transfers policy will be as follows.

Participants are able to transfer their places to another event as long as there is more than 7 days before the event and must be confirmed at the same time as the request.
Participants are able to transfer their places to other participants up to 48 hours before the event (Zig Zag Running will obviously need to know the details of the changes monies to be sorted out between the 2 participants)
If you wish to transfer your place and its less than 7 days you can pay a £10 transfer fee to another event. However, this can only be done upto 48 hours before the event.
If you cannot make the event and its less than 7 days, you can opt to run the event virtually and get 15% off of a future event.

We hope this allows our events to be more accessible in the event of change of circumstance.
