The race is registered with ARC (Association of Running Clubs). We ask our runners to not wear any in-ear or over-ear headphones to reduce any risks. Bone conducting headphones are still allowed but we request that you keep volume levels to a minimum so that you are able to hear marshall instructions clearly as roads are still open to traffic. Once the race has been entered, entry fees cannot be refunded. No deferrals. If you wish to transfer your entry to another runner, this must be done prior to 2 weeks before the race date.
