Held in support of World Cancer Day, this inclusive virtual challenge is open to all abilities, from beginners to seasoned runners.

HOW IT WORKS
1. Register: Sign up for the World Cancer Day virtual race.
2. Complete Your Challenge: Run, walk or jog, anywhere at any pace on World Cancer Day (4th February).
3. Submit Your Evidence: Upload a photo or screenshot of your activity tracking app or device as proof of completion.
4. Receive Your Medal: After verification, your exclusive medal will be posted to you.

WHAT HAPPENS AFTER THE CHALLENGE?
Once you have completed your challenge, simply go to our website and upload a screenshot of your activity on our secure submission form https://the-running-bug.com/submit-your-evidence/
Delivery of medals are sent by Royal Mail standard 2nd class post. However, we do offer an upgrade to a tracked service. If ed, we will email you the tracking reference once your medal has been posted. We recommend using the tracked option because medals can get lost or damaged in transit. The Running Nug are unable to take any responsibility if this happens. However, depending on stock levels, we may be able to send out a replacement medal.

18 yrsBy purchasing a place on one of our virtual races, you that you are medically fit to run and have consulted a medical practitioner if you have any underlying health conditions which may affect when involved in endurance activities. You run at your own risk and The Running Bug takes no responsibility for any injuries, accidents or any other incidents which occur during our virtual races.
We don't offer refunds unless a virtual race is cancelled. We do allow transfers to other virtual races of the same value only. Please contact us by email 7 days prior to the closing date of entries should you wish to transfer your entry. Any requests after such time will not be accepted.
The Running Bug reserves the right to cancel or change this race without prior notice.
