The Garendon 5K Frenzy 2027

Ready to Frenzy? Complete as many scenic 5K laps as you can during 12 hours!

Take on the challenge solo, as a pair or as part of a team. Run from 8:00am until 8:00pm and complete as many laps of the scenic, multi-terrain 5K course as possible.

Food and drink will be available throughout the day, alongside music, an evening DJ, a licensed bar and a fantastic Frenzy atmosphere.

If entering as a team or corporate group, please ensure every member uses exactly the same team name.

• First 100 - applies to the first 100 individual runner places sold across all categories
