The Rotary Club of Wreake Valley organise a number of running events throughout the year with their main event, 'The Watermead Challenge' now approaching its 13th anniversary.

Previously using a manual system for managing event registrations, was not only time-consuming and inefficient but it made it difficult to keep track of entrant and other administration activities involved in organising an event.

Around 6 years ago the Rotary Club first started to use EventEntry and were delighted for acknowledgement of Rotary being a totally non-profit event with everything going to local charities. The Leicestershire based Rotary Club have reaped the benefits of using the online entry platform which has helped in organising their events more efficiently and cost effectively, allowing more money to go towards helping local good causes.

David Snutch, current Race Director of The Watermead Challenge commented, "The quality of service received from EventEntry has been exceptional. The team are always available to answer questions and help with any queries that may arise. We have never looked back and wouldn't consider going elsewhere - the process is completely seamless. It's made the event management process much easier and also provided valuable information that we can use to improve entrant engagement. We would definitely recommend EventEntry to other Rotary Clubs around the country and other charities."
