A 7km Run mainly on tarmac / hard surface with woods to one side and a valley to the other. It will be ideal for all types of runners from couch to 5km to experienced runners or Jeffers.
The surface will is tarmac with a small area of hardcore covered with sand, mainly flat with one small hill and small undulating sections.
Registration opens from 10am.
The event is organised by the Rotary Club of Lostwithiel and is for Rotary Charity Funds.
