This thrilling event brings together indoor rowing enthusiasts from across Wales England Scotland and Ireland - from rising young talents to seasoned adult athletes. Whether you're rowing for personal bests, club pride, or just the joy of competition, there's a race for everyone!

Juniors (Age 11 and above on the day of the event)
Young athletes will take to the machines for timed races and 500-metre sprints designed to challenge endurance and encourage competitive spirit in a supportive atmosphere. Races will be organised by school year group to ensure fair and exciting competition for all junior participants. Must be accompanied by a responsible adult.
Adults
Adult competitors will battle it out over the classic 2,000-metre race - the ultimate indoor rowing test of endurance and strategy - and the fast-paced 500-metre sprint, where raw power and speed take centre stage.
Weight Categories for adults
Men Lightweight is less than or equal to 75kg
Women Lightweight is less than or equal to 61.5kg
Weigh In is within 2 hours before your first event,
Relays
Teams will have their chance to shine in the relay events, bringing excitement, teamwork, and a great atmosphere to the competition floor. Expect high energy, loud cheers, and a few photo finishes as teams push each other to the limit!
Adaptive Rowers
The Indoor Rowing Championship is proud to be inclusive and accessible, welcoming adaptive rowers to participate in appropriately supported race formats. Everyone deserves the thrill of competition and the satisfaction of crossing the finish line.

All competitors who enter could be subject to testing at this event, and therefore it is important that you take the time to familiarise yourself with your rights and responsibilities.
