You can complete the challenge in any time from you choose from a week up to a year.

You can complete the miles outside or on an indoor exercise bike, or a mix of the two.

We will then post out your medals within 24 hours.

Evidence can be Strava, Garmin, manual logs, however you choose to record, we don’t mind.
