The Totton Running Club 10k is back for 2026!

Officially Measured and Chip timed, perfect for you power of 10 PB. Held under UKA licence conditions.
Where - Race HQ will be at Stanleys Own Scout HQ, Romsey Road, Copythorne, Southampton, Hampshire, SO40 2PB
Price - £23.50 (Non Affiliated) £21.50 (Affiliated) - each runner will receive a technical running T-Shirt and a goody bag as part of their race entry.
Entry fee also covers - medical cover, toilets, parking and water stations.
Awards for 1st, 2nd, 3rd Male / Female and 1st place age grade trophies
The Course is two laps of 5k on roads with some undulation - don't be put off though as what goes up must come down and this course can be fast. The Race will be held in Copythorne just outside of our main base in Totton but very much still a part of our running community. The race itself is not for profit and will raise funds for the local community with the local parish church and Scout groups both benefitting.

Transfers will be allowed once the race sells out - Refunds cannot be applied

- Transfers will open once all the places have been filled
- Runners must be 15 years and older on race day
- No deferrals or refunds
- No dogs are allowed with the runners on the course
- Under UK Athletic rules the use of MP3 players and similar devices are not permitted whilst running the course due to health and safety concerns - bone conducting headphones are permitted
- By entering the event you agree that photographic and video footage may be taken by authorised personnel for marketing purposes and the Totton Running Club website
- If the race is cancelled for any reason, monies will not be refunded and all proceeds will be donated to a local charity after costs already incurred have been deducted
