By purchasing a place on one of our virtual races, you declare that you are medically fit to run and have consulted a medical practitioner if you have any underlying health conditions which may affect when involved in endurance activities. You run at your own risk and The Running Bug takes no responsibility for any injuries, accidents or any other incidents which occur during our virtual races.

We don't offer refunds unless a virtual race is cancelled. We do allow transfers to other virtual races of the same value only. Please contact us by email 7 days prior to the closing date of entries should you wish to transfer your entry. Any requests after such time will not be accepted.

The Running Bug reserves the right to cancel any entry and virtual race in short notice.
