Looking for a running challenge to help you keep motivated during lockdown? Look no further than the Lockdown Run.
The challenge takes place throughout the rest of 2020. The challenge is personal to you and you can set your own target to fit around your current home/work life.
You may wish to set yourself the challenge of running a certain number of miles over a month or each week, or to run consistently 3 or 4 days each week. It could be to complete Couch to 5km or to set a PB in a certain distance - the choice is yours. The miles may be completed on a treadmill, in your garden or out on the road if it is safe for you to do this.
Upon completion of your challenge, please e-mail email@example.com and your bespoke medal will be posted out to you.
All runners will be encouraged to also post their progress in the See York Run York chat group so we can offer support and encouragement and you will also be motivating other runners during this difficult time.
