We have now sold out of the official event medal. We will have our normal Midweek Chasing Numbers medal available for anyone who enters the event from 5pm on 9th Feb 2020 onwards.
Following the success and feedback of our midweek events, we will be holding another midweek event on Friday 21st February 2020 and we will have more popping up at relatively short notice where we see gaps in the calendar.
The event is a 7hr time challenge event for all runners, but specifically could appeal to people chasing numbers or trying to fit in extra events to achieve personal goals. We have been chasing numbers ourselves and know the cost of doing a large numbers of events in a short period of time. It is also perfect for anyone wanting to get a sneaky marathon in before a certain AGM Marathon held the next day at a nearby location!!! The midweek runs are designed to help bring the cost of running events down to all runners. You will still receive a great medal and a small goody bag and we will have a full aid table for runners, including a vegan range.
There will be a distance pin for all runners who complete either a half marathon, mega half marathon, marathon, 50km or Ultra in the 7hr time limit which can be attached to your medal ribbon.
We will be limiting numbers to 50 runners for this event and we do expect the event to sell out.
The aid station is at the start line and therefore available every 3.28 miles. The toilets are situated in the Wraysbury Skiff and Punting Club which is available for our runners use from 8am and for the entire event. There is also a cafï¿½ situated in the Pleasure Grounds should you wish to use it.
The course is along the Thames River path and classified as a trail run. The course is flat and fast.
Minimum distance is 3.28 miles or as far as you can go in 7 hours.
