A timed challenge with up to 6 hours to run / walk / jog as many 3.28 mile laps as you choose on the day. 1 or more to be a finisher and receive your medal and pick your own goody bag of treats. 4 laps for a half marathon, 8 laps for a marathon or 9+ for an ultra (there will also be a 50Km option).

The event is being held at Rickmansworth Aquadrome (3 miles from M25 junction 18). The flat scenic route is on tarmacked paths that take you alongside the River Colne and around the three lakes at the Aquadrome.

The race will start at 08.30 with up to 6 hours to start your last lap (you cannot start a lap after 6hours but you can complete a lap which you have started even if your finish time is a little over 6 hours). You are also welcome to start later but you must have commenced your final lap before 2:30 pm
