6 hour timed challenge you can run as many 3.28 mile laps as you choose on the day. 4 laps for a half marathon, 8 laps for a marathon, 9+ for an ultra or 1 or more to be a finisher and receive your medal and and a stack of chocolate.

The event is being held at Rickmansworth Aquadrome (3 miles from M25 junction 18). The flat scenic route is on tarmacked paths that take you alongside the River Colne and around the three lakes at the Aquadrome.

The race will start at 08.30 with 6 hours to start your last lap (you cannot start a lap after 6hours but you can complete a lap which you have started even if your finish time is a little over 6 hours). You are welcome to start later but you must have commenced your final lap before 2:30 pm
