Our inaugural Virtual 5K in support of our fabulous NHS.
It is to be run either Saturday 12th June or Sunday 13th June. It can be run anywhere, any terrain, road, track, trail or treadmill.
Proof of finishing and time emailed to me (martinhopkinson@aol.com) as prizes awarded to first 3 places in each age/gender category.
All finishers receive our 'Running at 40 Plus' medal and NHS rainbow ribbon.
