PHOENIX - Supermarketathon

Introducing the first ever PHOENIX Running Supermarketathon - a truly 'one of a kind' running event where you get to run around a supermarket.

This is your chance to run in the first ever supermarketathon run!

This is one of our 6 hour timed events where you choose - from 5km to 10k, half to marathon to ultra, you can complete as many, or as few, laps as you like in and around a supermarket. The final lap length is TBC, but its likely to be around 0.4 / 0.5 mile laps. We'll start in the supermarket foyer before heading out and around the perimeter of the car park, then return through the foyer before heading up the travellator (NOTE: you MUST WALK when on the travellator for safety reasons). Then its a circuit of the first floor before returning down the travellator and through the foyer once more... to repeat, and repeat and repeat and repeat.......

We welcome all abilities of runner - complete one lap and you're both a finisher and a winner in our eyes, or keep going and see how far you can get in the full 6 hour time limit and everyone gets the fabulous bespoke finishers' medal.

Places will be strictly limited and we're expecting this event to sell out very quickly due to its quirky 'one of a kind' nature.
