Tickets available 9th of August 11:00AM

Starting at Lawrenny Sports Club from 3 PM runners will depart in waves. Registration will close at 2.30PM.

Fancy dress is encouraged. A prize is ready for the best dressed! Child entertainment provided throughout the day when the run is on!

There will be no official timing. Enjoy the day! Have a few pints and a packet of crisps. Listen to your music. Take as many breaks as you like. Enjoy the Views. Take plenty of pictures.

There will be a refreshment station half way round for all participants. Bar, BBQ and live music at the finish line.

Ample parking at event. Camper vans and tents also welcome free of charge. Changing and shower facilities provided.

Registration fee includes, station refreshments, finish line refreshments and finishers medal. Finisher T-shirt available as an optional extra.

This event is a CUPLESS event. Please bring your own bottle for refreshment top ups.

13K Run
The route consists of roads, rivers, stepping stones, mud, forest, shorelines and two of Pembrokeshires most scenic pubs. It hugs the Cresswell river and the Cleddau with breathtaking views over the estuary.

5K Run/Walk
The route of choice for families who would like to join the day for a stroll. It also benefits from the stunning views of the estuary and refreshment station. Under 11s can take part free only if accompanied by a registered adult. This year we are including an adult and youngster general knowledge quiz for the 5k route so families can get more involved! Prizes to be redeemed at the end.
