100% of proceeds from this event will be going to local mental health charities in Pembrokeshire.
Starting at Lawrenny Sports Club from 11AM runners will depart in waves. Registration will close at 10.30AM. Please arrive early for your breakfast.
There will be no official timing. Enjoy the day! Have a few pints and a packet of crisps. Listen to your music. Take as many breaks as you like. Enjoy the Views. Take plenty of pictures.
Light breakfast supplied. There will be a refreshment station half way round for all participants. Bar, Wood fired pizza, BBQ, buffet, raffle and live music at the finish line.
Ample parking at event. Camper vans and tents also welcome free of charge. Changing and shower facilities provided.
The route consists of roads, rivers, stepping stones, mud, forest, shorelines and two of Pembrokeshires most scenic pubs. It hugs the Cresswell river and the Cleddau with breathtaking views over the estuary.
The route of choice for families who would like to join the day for a stroll. It also benefits from the stunning views of the estuary and refreshment station. Under 11s can take part free only if accompanied by a registered adult.
Online registration only will open on 3/2/2020 9AM and close 3/4/2020 9PM. Registration fee includes breakfast, station refreshments, finish line refreshments and finishers medal. Finisher T-shirt available as an optional extra.
This event is a cupless event. Please bring your own bottle for refreshment top ups.

- This is a multi-terrain event and all competitors enter at their own risk. No liability will be accepted by either Lawrenny Sports Club, private land owners or individual race organisers for any injury incurred by entering this race.
- On the day of the races, participants must be 15 years or over for the 13K Run, 11 years and over for 5K walk. Anyone under the age of 11 can take part in the 5K for free but must be accompanied by a responsible registered adult. It is a condition of entry that all competitors agree to the terms and conditions as set out on the evententry website.
- It is recommended that you prepare and train for this event. We strongly advise you seek medical advice before participating in this event and you disclose to race directors.
- No entries are permissible from participants on bikes, roller skates, with pushchairs, dogs or any kind of mechanical aid.
