That?s right, you read it correctly, a 12 hour challenge!
You can run or walk part or all of the 12 hours.
You can start and stop as many times as you like to add up your mileage.
You DO NOT have to run the full 12 hours, unless of course, you are completely insane.
Trophies for the male and female with the most miles covered.
These must be verified with Strava or Garmin or some other GPS device.
Manual entries onto apps will not be accepted as proof.
This gives those who work shift patterns a better chance to enter and join in. Please let us know which date you are competing when you sign up. Both days will start at 8am after a race briefing at 7:45.
The medal is an enormous 150mm in size and a very unusual quirky design.
We will also be putting your actual miles on the front of the mileage so the medal will be a reminder of how far you went.
Of course there will be a Freddo bar too and also we will have PB badges for anyone who tells us they have run a brand new distance.
