Welcome to our Couch to 5K training pack and medal.
Starting to run from no experience is probably the most difficult and biggest step you will take as a runner.
This plan is designed for anyone who wants to start running and reach a 5k distance, or even those who need a refresher and a training plan to get back fit again.
Our training plan is based on one provided by the NHS and will last 9 weeks.
On signing up to this plan you will firstly receive an email explaining everything you need to know and the emails and details of the full support on offer.
A few days later you will receive the full pack in the post.
This will include:
- A welcome letter and full training plan
- Envelopes to open at weeks 3 and 6 containing some motivation
- An envelope to open at week 9 which will contain your first ever medal. It’s a huge 100mm in size and will most probably start you on your road to bling addiction.
On completion of the plan you can enter any of our races for just £7 and we will send you an email with a voucher to this affect.
We will offer full support in the form of a qualified coach who will be on hand to answer any questions, full email support and a dedicated Facebook group page where you can discuss the C25K with other participants.
