Hoby Hop Trail Race 10th anniversary special

The Race

Now in its 10th year this five-mile chip timed cross country & Canicross race takes place across the countryside of the Upper Wreake valley, with fields, stiles, brooks, traditional footpaths, the odd hills and great views over Leicestershire and beyond.

Race HQ

Will be at Hoby & District village hall and will be open from 9.00am on race day for bag, toilet facilities, number collection and on the day entries, should places still be available.

On The Day Entries

If not sold out on the day entries will be available for the Canicross race until 10.35am and 10.50am for the trail Race. We will let you know how many on the day places are available once online entries close 3 Days before race day.

Transfers & Deferrals

Race entry transfers will remain open until the evening before race day. Deferrals will be permitted so far as the organisers are made aware of the situation at least 24 hours before race day or in the event of emergencies 1 hour before each race.

Parking

Car parking for this year race will be open from 9am and will close at 2pm.

Race Start

Canicross race start time is 10.45am.

Trail race starting at 11.00am.

Prizes Trail Race

First Male, First Female, First Vet Female, First Vet Male, First Junior Male, first Junior Female, First Team Mixed, prizes for breaking the course records, plus a 10th anniversary commemorative wooden medal to all finishers.
