Entrants under 12 yrs must be accompanied by an adult at the event

Entrants under 16yrs may only take part with the permission of a parent or guardian. By entering you confirm that this permission has been given.

In the event of the organisers cancelling the event, entrants will be offered the options to transfer their entry to the following year, donate the money or have a refund (less booking fees).

In the event of a pre-paid entrant not attending no refund will be payable.

Dogs are NOT permitted with runners

The organisers of the Hendred Fun Run will manage your personal data in line with current legislation. We will keep it safe and secure and only use it for the purpose of managing your entry and collating the results of the Fun Run.

Entrants agree to participate in this event at their own risk and that the organisers and owners of land over which the footpaths pass will not be responsible for any injuries, loss or damage sustained by anyone participating in this event.

By participating in the Hendred Fun Run, entrants acknowledge and agree that photographs and video footage may be taken during the event. The organisers reserve the right to use these images for promotional, marketing, and reporting purposes, including publication on websites, social media, and other media channels. If an entrant does not wish to appear in any photos or videos, they must notify the organisers in advance. All media will be managed in accordance with current data protection legislation, ensuring that personal data is kept safe and secure and used only for legitimate purposes related to the event.

Online entries close at midnight on May 8th. On the day entries will be available - subject to availability.
