Approx 5 miles, over various terrain inc grass, gravel and mud!

Water will be available at the finish, but there are no water stations on the course.

Results will be done manually - no chip timing

The rear of the optional T-shirt has a frame so you can pin a photo of your loved one to it. These will be handed out with your number on the day of the run, so we recommend you arrive early.

On the day there will be an Ice cream van, Cafe2u van, toilets and we are encouraging people to stay for a picnic after - please take home your own litter. *Note we advise to bring cash as the reception for card machines is poor at Bagworth Heath.
