Bosworth Half Marathon 2026

Welcome to the 2026 Bosworth Half Marathon Hosted By Desford Striders Running Club.

This well established event, now in its 23rd year, aims to offer a well organised, great value race on a course that takes in some lovely Leicestershire scenery around the historic town of Market Bosworth.

We have a fantastic venue - Bosworth Lakeside Lodges, Wellesborough Road, Market Bosworth, CV13 6PD that has many on-site facilities - shop, crazy golf and children's play area, as well as many water sports, so bring along friends and family to enjoy the day with you.

* CAR SHARE ESSENTIAL - it helps speed up entry/exit. Our Free car-parking is just outside the Lakeside Lodges entrance, and is a 10 minute walk to the registration/start area. Unfortunately, there is no parking available to us inside the development, so there is no suitable disabled parking.

Clubs are welcome to bring tents, but there is no parking inside the Lakeside lodges, these would need to be left at the gate and then carried to the race village (10 min walk). Please let the car park marshal know you have a tent, and they will park you as close as possible.

When you exit the car park, there will be no right turn allowed, this is so we can get everyone exited as quickly as possible.

Race numbers/chips will not be posted out, these should be collected on the morning of the race.

If the race doesn't sell out LIMITED on the day entries available at £37 and we can't guarantee a medal for on the day entries (the order for medals is placed months in advance)
