Entries are open to LRRL members only for the first 7 days after the launch date. Thereafter, if any places remain applications from or transfers to non LRRL members are permitted.

  • Duplicate entries will be cancelled
  • Minimum age for entry is 15 on the day of the event. Any junior runner MUST be a member of an Affiliated Club which has a safeguarding policy and that has a Club Officer holding a current Athletics DBS Certificate present at the race.
  • No on the day entries.
  • For safety reasons no headphones / ear buds / bone-conductors - any use will lead to disqualification
